Caring for your baby like you would at home

Each member of staff looks after a maximum of 3 babies at any one time. During your settling in sessions we’ll observe your baby and based on them choosing who they most enjoy spending time with we’ll allocate a member of the baby room team to be their “key worker”.

Your baby’s key worker is the person who will spend a lot of time bonding and getting to know your baby well, learning your baby’s needs and routine and helping them settle into nursery. They will usually hand over your baby at the end of the day and keep a diary for you of sleeps and feeds and play activities for the day.

For sleep time your baby will have their own cot with their own bedding.
